Our Bristol Bridal Boutique Welcomes A New Team Member!
We’ve got lots of lovely good news to share with you brides! Not only has the super lovely Claire Coulthard joined the Waxflower Bridal team at our beautiful Bristol bridal boutique, but the little boy I was expecting has arrived and is currently settling in at home with me!
As you may already know (if you keep track of the Waxflower Bridal Instagram feed) I’ll still be around the boutique but brides will most likely be communicating with the very lovely (and very talented) Claire - who is well versed in the magic of Waxflower Bridal and our truly unbeatable bridal and styling service! And, to introduce you further, we thought we’d do a playful Q&A with her so you can get to know Claire before you step foot in our Clifton-based haven and discover the treasure chest of unique and inspiring British bridal designers that await you there…

“A Cappucino with Oat Milk and a croissant.”
NO.2 What did you do before Waxflower?
“I’ve always been creative and have a background in design and fashion but it was when I was travelling across Australia and sharing photos of my adventures on Instagram that I fell into the world of weddings. I was approached by friends who asked me to photograph their wedding and after that I didn’t want to stop! I had the chance to shoot some incredible love stories alongside some of Australia’s best wedding photographers before heading home to bring all I’d learned to couples across the UK and Europe. I now balance my photography work with my love for fashion, giving Waxflower brides all the guidance they need for their own day!”
NO.3 Your current favourite piece at Waxflower right now is…
“My current fave at Waxflower right now is Clara by UNBRIDLED STUDIO. I just love its silky effortless vibe and it can be layered so beautifully with Mae too which is another standout piece I adore!”

“I’m a little obsessed with Loeffler Randall’s Sierra Bag, the big bow is iconic and I can’t believe it’s in our sample sale right now. I might have to take it home for myself!”

“Lana Del Rey - her old Hollywood, Americana, vintage, romantic style - need I say more?!”
NO.6 What’s the one thing you love most about Waxflower?
“The curated selection of British designed dresses we have are incredible. To be able to share the art of these home grown artists and designers in one space feels really special. ALSO our boutique is such a cool space to work in and welcome new brides into.”
NO.7 Describe your own style…
“I’m a comfy gal through and through, skirts and jumpers with a cool boot are my go to.”

“Dark Matter by Blake Crouch - I love a sci-fi story!!”
